a. Within 24 Hours of Purchase: If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it, with no questions asked. Full refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

b. After 24 Hours: Requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a restocking fee of [0%] of the total product value. The restocking fee compensates for the time and resources spent processing the order.

3. Cancellation by NorthernToolPrime:

For items purchased on pre-order, cancellations can be made any time before the product is shipped. Once shipped, our regular cancellation policy will apply.

Due to the unique nature of customised items, once they go into production, we cannot accept cancellations.
